Labor is seen as a valuable commodity that can be used to induce manufacturers of traditional developed country goods like luxury cars, chemicals, or clothing and textiles.
There is a sense of inducement to use human capital to make those industries attractive in developing countries.
In addition, globalization has awakened the world to the importance of not only information management, but also knowledge management.
New knowledge management is being created constantly, with increase and effective communications systems in the globalised world.
New knowledge passes very quickly from one phase to another, from one nation to another and from one organization to another.
There is an increasing trend to see what can be produced as an agricultural surplus in one country can be traded very effectively and quickly with another.
